Jeff Goldman founded Paul Davis Restoration of Greater Lawrence & Topeka in 1994. Today his PDR Midwest Team has grown to encompass the greater Kansas City area, and Northern Oklahoma City as well. Jeff brings over 17 years of restoration and catastrophic loss experience to each job, and has built a truly unique and state-of-the-art operation.
Jeff has a BGS degree in Organizational Communications from University of Kansas, with a minor concentration in Chemistry. He brings his admirable leadership qualities to the operations of all our PDR Midwest locations.

Originally from Oklahoma, Jeff has lived in Lawrence now for over 20 years. He loves going to the lake, and spending time with his wife and kids.

manages all facets of our projects; works directly with homeowners, property managers, insurance agents, and adjusters; coordinates and maintains contractor schedules; and monitors the quality of work performed by our team.
John attended KU School of Business and has been involved in construction and building material sales for 12 years. John’s background in construction and his business education give him insight into all aspects of the restoration process. The thing John enjoys most about working at Paul Davis Restoration is working with a team of professionals who are dedicated to helping clients recover from losses.

John enjoys spending time with his sons and supporting them in their youth athletics. In his free time John also likes to hunt, fish, and play golf.

Pam has been doing contents restoration for six years, and she brings many years of managerial experience to our PDR Midwest team. Pam holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Baker University. She is highly organized, runs a tight ship, and enjoys interacting with property owners.
What she enjoys most about her work is the opportunity to help people in a life-changing way, by working directly with homeowners to restore their belongings.
Pam spends her free time with her family, dog, and friends, and she loves to play golf.

Jan has worked for PDR Midwest for seven years, and has over 40 years of accounting experience. Her skill and thoroughness make everything run more smoothly for our entire team. She loves numbers and feels committed to always making sure everything balances out perfectly.“What I enjoy most about my job is both paying the people I work with, because it makes them happy, and helping clients when they really need us: helping take them from ‘chaos to calm.’”
In her free time, Jan enjoys spending time with her daughter and doing creative craft projects with her granddaughter.

Heidi brings her skills of being highly organized, her attention to detail, her outgoing nature, and her background of 23 years of administration experience to our PDR Midwest team.

William “Bill” Smethers
Lead Mitigation Technician
performs all mitigation work related to water, fire, and mold restoration as well as carpet and air duct cleaning
Bill has been doing mitigation work for seven years. He is detail oriented and always feels driven to excel at whatever he does: qualities that contribute greatly to his work at PDR!
Bill enjoys his work at Paul Davis Restoration Midwest because of the opportunities he has to help homeowners in times of need. He also enjoys the opportunity to use the best equipment in the restoration industry, and to become an expert one the latest restoration technology and methods.
In his free time, Bill plays both guitar and bass guitar, and he has a wide range of musical interests including rock, classic rock, metal, and hip hop. He also enjoys spending time with his family.
