Our Team

Jeff Goldman founded Paul Davis Restoration of Greater Lawrence & Topeka in 1994.  Today his PDR Midwest Team has grown to encompass the greater Kansas City area, and Northern Oklahoma City as well.  Jeff brings over 20 years of restoration and catastrophic loss experience to each job, and has built a truly unique and state-of-the-art operation.

Jeff has a BGS degree in Organizational Communications from University of Kansas, with a minor concentration in Chemistry.  He brings his admirable leadership qualities to the operations of all our PDR Midwest locations.

Originally from Oklahoma, Jeff has lived in Lawrence for over 25 years. He loves going to the lake, and spending time with his wife and kids.

Erin handles marketing, advertising, community relations, and charity sponsorships. She also hosts and teaches continuing education classes for insurance professionals. Erin has been with Paul Davis Restoration for 16 years and has over 25 years of related experience in sales and management. She has an M. A. from the University of Kansas, and also brings several years of teaching experience to the PDR Midwest team.

What Erin enjoys most about her work is simply talking with people, and having the opportunity to reach out to help others when they are in need of assistance. She believes that Paul Davis Restoration is the best restoration company in the business, and is proud to work for PDR Midwest.

In her free time, Erin enjoys reading, walking, and spending time with her daughter and her cats.

Robert handles mitigation work related to water, fire, and mold restoration. He has been involved in mitigation for over 10 years, and brings 25 years of experience in remodeling and construction to the PDR team.

Robert enjoys his work because he gets to make a real difference people’s lives by offering them respect and trustworthiness during a vulnerable time. He also loves working with the rest of our team, and employing the latest state-of-the-art technology and training.

Robert has seven children, six grandchildren, and “a wonderful wife who understands the long hours we work, and why we do what we do.” He spends his free time with them, cooking big meals and just hanging out.
